A Call for Change
It’s 1:46 AM on March 19, 2025. I should be asleep, but instead, I’m here, writing this—because for the first time in a long time, I actually feel like I have something to say.
For the past few years, I’ve been stuck. Anxiety, panic attacks, and depression became part of my routine. The war back home left me with more than just distant memories—it left me feeling trapped in a cycle I couldn’t break. Every day felt the same, like I was just existing rather than actually living. And honestly? I got tired of it.
At the start of this year, I finally admitted to myself that I wasn’t happy. That if I kept going the way I was, nothing would change. So, I decided to take control. I came across the 75 Hard challenge, but instead of following it to the letter, I made it my own:
Work out once a day.
Aim for 9 hours of sleep.
Study for 2 hours daily.
Sauna twice a week for 15 minutes.
No food restrictions—just making sure I eat enough protein, fiber, and drink plenty of water.
That’s it. No crazy rules, just small, consistent efforts to improve my life. And you know what? It’s working.
If it weren’t for social media and the people around me who inspired me to start, I wouldn’t be here writing this. And now, I want to pay it forward. I want to document this journey—not just to becoming healthier or mentally stronger, but to becoming the best version of myself. And yeah, that includes building something bigger than me—becoming a self-made billionaire.
I don’t have all the answers, and I know this won’t be easy. But if you’ve been feeling stuck too, just know that change is possible. You just have to start.
I was recently scrolling on my social media feed and came across this creator named @avinetra, and I thought this was a perfect way to end the blog to help inspire you because I know that change is not easy and can be very difficult.
“Working out will make you feel weak, but it’s actually making you stronger.”
“Learning new things will make you feel dumb, but it’s making you smarter.”
“Getting betrayed will take make you feel like a fool, but it’s making you wiser”
“Facing your fears will make you feel terrified, but it’s making you braver.”
“Investing in your self will make you feel broke but it;s making you richer”
